In this role, you will Provide cross-functional, cross-business support and guidance for Maintenance, Sales, Client Services, New Vehicle Acquisitions teams and other Client Service regarding upfit vehicles, including site visits to review, client operations and present findings. Develop and maintain key relations with OEM, Dealer, upfitter and other suppliers. Analyze customer vehicle specifications and provide guidance for improvements, accurately document all transactions and communications What You’ll Do Create chassis and upfit specifications for Class 1 through 5 (Light Duty) vehicles by working with suppliers to generate price quotes and profiles for customers. Assist customers/clients (prospects included) and Sales Team with all truck related chassis specification and upfitting issues including review of customer vehicle specifications and provide guidance for improvements Provide cross-functional, cross-business support and guidance for Maintenance, Sales and Customer Service regarding upfit vehicles Develop and maintain key relations with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), Dealer, upfitter and other suppliers Provide departmental leadership and expertise Basic Qualifications Bachelor's or technical degree in business, engineering or other industry-related discipline Minimum of 3 years' experience with truck and commercial vehicle specifications-chassis and upfitting MS Office – proficient in the following: Excel – ability to add data to cells, use functions, pivots, sort data Word – ability to create documents Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks Ability to focus on details Excellent work ethic Comfortable working in a fast paced organization, able to shift to different priorities Ability to work independently and function within a team environment Demonstrates initiative and problem solving ability Excellent customer service skills Critical thinking – ability to think through logical process flows and identify opportunities for improvement Preferred Qualifications Education- 2- or 4-year degree preferred. TMI Certification, ASE Certification, NTEA affiliation, SAE Member or other industry-related affiliations a plus Location: Current location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026 The base salary range for this position is $62,600 to $86,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
