The Opportunity As a Corporate Educator (RN) at AgeCare, this role supports a positive learning culture built on Trust, Respect, Quality, and Teamwork. The Corporate Educator develops and delivers education programs for staff, residents, and families, using nursing expertise and adult learning principles. The role includes both corporate and site responsibilities and collaborates with community partners to ensure education meets best practice standards. What You Will Do Join a creative and innovative team of educators, delivering learning opportunities and in-services to staff, residents, and families on topics that support quality care and safety. Apply leadership and clinical expertise to promote best practices in dementia care, medication management, infection prevention, end-of-life care, fall prevention, and more. Provide education one-on-one and in groups during orientation, instructional days, and mandatory annual training. Support our Seniors Communities in achieving excellence by helping care standards meet or exceed audit and accreditation requirements. Must be able to travel between Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, and Brooks. What You Bring Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse, registered with or eligible for CARNA or CRPNA. Minimum 3 years’ experience in continuing care or gerontology; CPR instructor experience is an asset. Experience in education and quality management, with knowledge of RAI and Dementia Strategy preferred. Proven ability to mentor, develop, and lead care staff successfully.
