The Blueprint
The Director, IT Project Management plays a pivotal role in shaping and scaling Tridel Group's IT project management function. This senior leadership position blends strategic foresight with operational excellence, serving as a key driver of transformative technology initiatives that advance the company's digital innovation agenda. The Director will establish and lead a modernized delivery framework tailored to Tridel’s evolving business landscape. By overseeing a dynamic portfolio of enterprise IT programs, this role ensures alignment with strategic objectives, robust risk governance, and measurable business outcomes.
Through strategic guidance, cross-functional collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement, the Director will elevate project delivery maturity and position the PMO as a strategic and trusted enabler of innovation, agility and enterprise value.
A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities
Establish and evolve the project management foundation, methodology, and unify the delivery pipeline on a single PMO platform that is pragmatic and aligned to Tridel’s organizational profile.
Design and implement an intake model to assess ideation and establish executive-facing business briefs that demonstrate ROI and qualitative benefits of proposed initiatives.
Conduct thorough requirements and needs analysis, along with associated processes.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, timelines, and resource plans.
Establish a strong rapport with business stakeholders to become a trusted partner in the assessment, valuation, and delivery of their priorities in a timely and effective manner.
Cultivate trusted partnerships with senior business leader to assess, prioritize, and deliver strategic initiatives that reflect both business value and technical feasibility.
Establish enterprise governance structures, reporting dashboards and performance KPIs to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous optimization.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage interdependencies, and optimize resource allocation across the portfolio.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, tools, and team capabilities to support Tridel’s digital transformation journey.
The Architect of Your Success
PMP or equivalent certification required.
Advanced proficiency in project management platforms and tools, with demonstrated ability to lead implementation and adoption.
Exceptional strategic planning, program management, and executive communication skills.
Operates with a high degree of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
Demonstrated leadership in negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement across complex environments.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
Demonstrated ability to independently driving strategic initiatives and fostering alignment across business and technology domains.
