Data Strategy & AI Readiness Help the Financial Operations group to further automate and improve current processes using automation tooI and AI. Process Optimization & Automation Collaborate with the finance team to support financial analysis. Key Responsibilities 1. Overhead Spend Support Assist in preparing and monitoring the overhead budget. Compile and analyze overhead expense data for monthly reporting. Support variance analysis to identify risks, savings, and opportunities. Work with department stakeholders to validate cost allocations. 2. Headcount & Workforce Analytics Support workforce planning by preparing headcount reports and forecasts. Partner with HR to consolidate salary and benefit data. Maintain databases and tracking tools for personnel costs. Provide inputs for staffing-related dashboards and reporting. 3. IT Project Financial Tracking Collaborate with the senior analyst to monitor IT project costs (CAPEX & OPEX). Help update financial models and ROI trackers for active initiatives. Assist in vendor invoice validation and contract spend monitoring. Provide accurate cost tracking for IT leadership and Finance Manager. 4. Reporting & Process Improvement Prepare standardized reporting templates for overhead and IT costs. Ensure accuracy of financial data used for dashboards and management reporting. Contribute to automation initiatives and process improvements. Document reporting processes and maintain up-to-date procedures. Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress). 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A. CPA title Good financial modeling skills; Power BI exposure preferred. Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. Preferred: Experience working with ERP systems or financial reporting tools. Knowledge of IT project accounting or CAPEX/OPEX tracking.
