Key Responsibilities:
Data Compilation & Analysis:
Gather, consolidate, and analyze operational data from multiple software systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, PMS, Google Sheets, etc.)
Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets with accurate and timely information.
Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to provide valuable insights to management.
Reporting & KPI Management:
Develop, maintain, and automate regular reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations teams.
Generate ad-hoc reports as requested to support business decisions and special projects.
Present findings and insights clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
Month-End Financial Support:
Validate operational data for accuracy and completeness to ensure reliable financial reporting.
Prepare detailed month-end trending documents, including variance analysis and commentary on operational performance.
Collaborate closely with the Finance department to provide the necessary data and documentation to assist with financial statement preparation.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of new tools or methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in an analytical role, preferably within an operations or finance department. Dental industry experience strongly preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel is mandatory. This includes expertise in functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, and advanced charting.
Experience with other data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
Familiarity with various software systems used in operations (e.g., ERP systems like Oracle; CRM systems; Patient Management Systems).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous and highly organized, with a keen eye for identifying data discrepancies and errors.
