To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you'll be doing As a Sr. Data and Reporting Analyst within CIBC’s Contact Centres, you will play a pivotal role on the Insight and Analytics team by partnering with technology and business stakeholders to drive the development and enhancement of data and reporting solutions. Your responsibilities will include investigating and resolving issues related to existing reports and data, recommending effective solutions, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information delivered to the business. In addition, you will oversee access controls and permissions, ensuring compliance with data governance standards while providing day-to-day operational support as required. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Development teams throughout the Agile process, contributing your expertise to project activities, and proactively identifying and addressing reporting challenges to support the organization’s strategic objectives. How You’ll Succeed Data Oriented - Proactive on current issues. Participate in projects/activities and investigations to develop knowledge about Operation processes. Perform analysis and data presentation/visualization skill. Analytical thinking while handing large data volume. Technical & Business Knowledge – Comprehensive understanding of Contact Centre and Support functions, enabling effective alignment of reporting solutions with business needs and the ability to provide strategic recommendations. Proven experience with key data and analytics tools: SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, MS Access Database, and the Microsoft Office suite. Establish and maintain relationships – You will collaborate with various business groups to communicate effectively and provide key updates on the reporting impacts of major projects, as well as deliver post-implementation measurement dashboards to support informed decision-making.
