Job Description What is the Opportunity? The Global Security Team focuses on driving greater business resilience from complex cyber attacks and physical threats, while enabling best-in-class identification and management of risk. Our team is integral to protecting RBC’s digital assets and brand, its employees, and clients’ trust, globally. The successful candidate will be accountable for providing business management office services such as resource planning, strategic advice and analysis to the Senior Leadership Team to improve the overall business performance, drive cost savings and the quality of business decisions for metrics managed by Global Security. What will you do? Primary contact for multiple GS pillars providing central leadership, expertise and support of headcount and business review process with Global Security Executives and delegates related to business planning, operations and management. Drive annual strategic and operational planning to ensure alignment with Global Security strategy and targets set out by Global Security Leadership. Create rate cards for Global Security services and operationalize the process to maintain and update rate cards as services evolve and costs evolve. Streamline and improve the effectiveness of headcount and planning processes. Provide business support for projects/programs/subsidiaries to ensure all required approval are in place. Responsible for consolidation, management and validation of cost savings, efficiencies and other KPIs. What do you need to succeed? Must have: Business Management or equivalent relevant experience Business and financial acumen, with ability to understand new and existing technology, and basic awareness of relevant technology and related issues Strong and proven relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate across the organization Demonstrated leadership and ability to work effectively with senior management teams Detailed-oriented, strong analytical capabilities, and problem-solving abilities Strong time management, with high degree of initiative and sense of urgency Proficient in Excel (preferably in macros), PowerPoint, BI tools Nice-to-have: Experience with AI Tools and Data Analytics Understanding of T&O’s direction, priorities and trends in technology and the market What’s in it for you?
