AN OVERVIEW OF THIS ROLE
We're looking for a strategic and experienced Sr. Manager to lead our
Professional Services Program Delivery team. In this role, you'll be responsible
for driving project management excellence across the Professional Services
organization, directly leading a team of project and program managers, and
implementing improvements that enable exceptional customer outcomes at scale.
You'll partner with senior leadership to enhance our delivery capabilities while
ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across our customer portfolio.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sr. Manager, Professional Services Program Delivery will provide leadership
for our Program Delivery team, directly managing project and program managers
and ensuring excellence in project delivery across all customer engagements.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance operational excellence
with continuous improvement, while building and developing a high-performing
team that delivers exceptional value to our customers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define and execute strategies for Professional Services program delivery,
establishing frameworks, methodologies, and best practices that drive
consistency and continuous improvement across the team
- Directly lead and develop a team of project and program managers, providing
coaching, mentorship, and performance management while fostering a culture of
excellence, collaboration, and professional growth
- Oversee a significant portfolio of Professional Services customer projects,
ensuring alignment with business objectives, optimal resource utilization,
and exceptional delivery outcomes that drive customer success and revenue
growth
- Partner with leadership across Professional Services, Sales, Product, and
Engineering to align delivery capabilities with business strategy and
identify opportunities for service expansion
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to
measure delivery effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and team performance,
using data-driven insights to drive decisions and operational improvements
- Implement resource management strategies in partnership with PS Operations
and technical leadership, optimizing talent deployment, capacity planning,
and skill development within your team
- Lead risk management initiatives by establishing proactive identification and
mitigation practices that protect customer relationships, project outcomes,
and organizational reputation
- Drive clear communication and stakeholder management, representing Program
Delivery in cross-functional discussions and ensuring transparency across
organizational levels
- Champion innovation in delivery methodologies, tools, and processes, staying
current with industry trends and best practices in Professional Services
delivery
- Build strong partnerships with customers and serve as an escalation point for
complex delivery challenges, ensuring resolution and continuous improvement
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field (Master's
degree preferred)
- A minimum of five years of experience in a leadership position, with direct
people management responsibility
- Strong expertise in DevOps, cloud technologies, and software delivery
methodologies with proven ability to translate technical concepts into
business value
- A minimum of eight years of experience in the technology services or
professional services industry
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent advanced
certification (required)
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing delivery teams in
growth-oriented environments
- Demonstrated experience implementing initiatives that drive team performance
and measurable business outcomes
- Strong communication and influencing skills with ability to present to senior
stakeholders
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and resource optimization
- Experience implementing and scaling project management methodologies, tools,
and governance frameworks
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced, rapidly
changing environment
The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of
the United States only. This range is intended to reflect the role's base salary
rate in locations throughout the US. Grade level and salary ranges are
determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge,
skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, alignment
with market data, and geographic location. The base salary range does not

also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base

United States Salary Range
$145,600—$312,000 USD
