Job Description What is the opportunity? Our RBC Cards Investigations Transaction Service Group under our Canadian Banking Operations business is looking for an Operations Officer. With your in-depth knowledge of Personal and Business products along with strong communication and collaboration skills, you will be responsible for the successful end to end fulfillment of applications until the activation stage. Please note this role is 5 days a week onsite. What will you do? Take full accountability for quality and accuracy of day to day job responsibilities, tasks and activities ensuring a balanced focus on client experience, efficiency and effectiveness and operational risk and compliance Proactively and independently manage your day by utilizing all available resources (Folios/Procedures/SharePoint/etc.) Consistently demonstrate a sense of urgency in a high pressured deadline driven environment, multi task and ensure that the team and the centre are meeting service commitments on a daily basis Exercise due diligence in following RBC operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines Ensure productivity is maintained in keeping with Performance Edge Model What do you need to succeed? Must-have Knowledge of Personal Deposit accounts Exception procedures Proven Information Gathering and Investigation experience Problem solving, processing knowledge, attention to detail with a developed sense of urgency Demonstrate a high sense of urgency Ability to Listen, Understand & Respond in a professional manner at all times and under all situations Flexible, adaptable and willing to learn new things Ability to multitask and have strong organization and prioritization skills Available to work Monday to Friday between 7:00AM to 3:00PM EST Nice-to-have Solid knowledge of Product, Policies, good working knowledge of RBC Systems Working knowledge of applications such cart , IRIS, Sales Platform, Service Platform, On Demand etc What’s in it for you?
