About the Role:
We’re looking for an IT Helper to join our End-User Computing (EUC) team. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, hands-on, and enjoys working in a fast-paced IT environment.
What You’ll Do:
Help pack and prepare PC workstations and equipment to be shipped to remote users.
Follow a checklist to make sure all items are included, labeled, and ready to go.
Keep track of inventory and help organize hardware and accessories.
Work with the EUC team to meet shipping deadlines.
Keep the workspace clean, safe, and efficient.
What We’re Looking For:
Detail-oriented and reliable — you notice the small things that matter.
Able to lift and move equipment (up to 20 lbs).
Comfortable working under deadlines and staying organized.
Basic computer hardware knowledge is a plus (not required).
Team player with a positive attitude.
