Unposting Date: 2025-10-19 11:59 PM As Administrator, Learning and Development, you provide a positive client experience, administrative and logistical support for various training programs, as well as organize training sessions for French, English and Corporate Services clients. You work closely with training consultants and learning business partners. You organize training events in an efficient manner, respecting corporate policies while also using critical thinking and collaboration skills. This is a contractual role for a period of 1 year. Responsibilities: Assist in planning national, regional or local learning events, as required. Handle registration, tracking and communications using the Workday Learning Management System (LMS) Handle communications with external and internal training providers/resources. Ensure that internal or external trainers have everything they need to deliver their training sessions. Recommend improvements, automatizations and simplifications for our work methods or for training programs, as needed. Ensure that training programs and all related information are reflected and used correctly in the SAP LMS. Respond to inquiries regarding access to training programs, as well as basic usage of the LMS. Manage training material, room and technical setup, etc., as required for training programs and corporate events. Produce reports from the evaluations done for training events. Enter training data into the SAP LMS. Create and maintain information on our training programs on Google Drive and Livelink. Perform other related tasks as required. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with the following: High school or college diploma Experience organizing training programs or events Ability for client service and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Facility with new technology Google suite and Microsoft Office Client service and communication skills Team player and collaboration skills Ability to handle multiple, competing demands, prioritize work and meet deadlines Critical thinking Flexible, able to adapt to changing environment Desire to learn and continuously improve Bilingualism (French/ English, spoken and written) Knowledge of Workday an asset Candidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.
