Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Tiktok Social Media Specialist for a full-time position.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications & Public Relations, the Tiktok Social Media Specialist Social will support and assist the Senior Manager, Communications & Public Relations in the development and execution of the U.S launch of one of our brands on Tiktok/Tiktok Shop. We are looking for someone to play a key role in expanding our presence on TikTok, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop, content building, and community growth.

Workplace: 5600, Côte-de-Liesse Road, Montreal, Quebec in hybrid mode (minimum three (3) days a week in the office). – Fully remote for Toronto candidates with occasional travel to Montreal.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
Develop and execute TikTok-first strategies to grow U.S. audience reach, engagement, and conversions.
Manage and optimize TikTok Shop, including product uploads, storefront management, live shopping activations, and creator partnerships.
Build engaging, trend-driven content (organic and paid) aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
Coordinate A to Z content creation shoots & UGC content to build organic Tiktok calendars
Foster community by driving conversation, engaging with followers, and developing authentic creator collaborations.
Monitor, analyze, and report on TikTok performance metrics (content, community, and commerce).
Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates, and U.S. consumer behavior to proactively recommend content opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Brand, PR, Paid Media, and Sales) to ensure alignment between TikTok activity and broader marketing objectives.
Support influencer programs by identifying, activating, and nurturing TikTok creators who drive engagement and sales.
Ensure that content and commerce strategies reinforce Groupe Marcelle’s brand reputation and growth goals in the U.S. market.
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in social media marketing, with proven expertise in TikTok content creation, community management, and TikTok Shop operations.
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creator economy, and e-commerce integrations.
Experience building strategies that balance brand storytelling with sales-driven outcomes.
Excellent creative judgment, with the ability to brief, direct, and produce engaging short-form video content.
Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking, measuring, and optimizing KPIs.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media analytics tools.
