Job Role
Craft high-quality cocktails using fresh ingredients and innovative techniques
Curate and evolve the bar menu in collaboration with the restaurant team
Deliver outstanding bar service that exceeds guest expectations
Share your knowledge and passion with guests, telling the story behind each drink
Support bar team training and uphold the highest service standards
Maintain bar hygiene, inventory and stock control
Job Requirements
Previous experience in a mixologist or bartender.
Passion for mixology, creativity and a desire to experiment with new flavours
Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques and bar trends (certifications are a plus)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and attention to detail
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
