The HubSpot & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing strategy in the Canadian marketplace. This role blends hands-on execution with vendor and agency management, while maximizing the impact of HubSpot across the customer journey.

You’re a strategic and data-driven marketer who thrives in fast-paced, growth-focused environments. You know how to leverage HubSpot to drive engagement, nurture leads, and optimize conversion. You’re equally comfortable executing campaigns, collaborating with partners, and reporting performance insights to leadership. You're resourceful, proactive, and energized by delivering measurable results.
There are four main areas to this role:
HubSpot & Digital Execution:
Manage and optimize HubSpot for campaigns, workflows, CRM integrations, dashboards, and segmentation
Build and execute email marketing, landing pages, and automated nurturing campaigns
Track customer journeys and improve conversion rates through data insights
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management:
Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (SEO, PPC, social, content, referral)
Oversee paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with a focus on ROI
Use GA4, HubSpot analytics, and dashboards to measure and optimize performance
Collaborate with agencies for creative, SEO, and web development support
Project Management:
Lead digital marketing projects from concept to completion
Build timelines, manage vendors, track budgets, and deliver on schedule
Provide leadership reporting with clear, actionable insights
Skilled in managing multiple concurrent initiatives using project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
Ability to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders effectively.
Collaboration:
Work closely with operations and leadership to align campaigns with occupancy and revenue goals
Ensure compliance with CASL and digital marketing regulations.
Working cross-functionally and managing relationships with agencies, vendors, freelancers, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 3–7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, including a minimum of 2 years of hands-on HubSpot management (Marketing, CRM, and Automation)
Campaign Management: Proven success leading end-to-end marketing campaigns from concept through execution, measurement, and optimization with a focus on ROI and KPI tracking.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; experienced in using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, and Tableau to measure performance and generate actionable insights.
Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, content strategy, and customer journey mapping.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Quality & Process Orientation: Proven attention to detail with a track record of accurate campaign execution, QA, and data validation. Experience developing and maintaining workflows, SOPs, SOWs, and training materials.
Certifications (Preferred): HubSpot, Google Ads, or Project Management certifications (CAPM, PMP, or Agile/Scrum) are considered strong assets.
