We’re looking for a reliable and detail-driven Administrative Support Specialist to join our cleint's. In this role, you’ll handle a range of internal coordination tasks, system updates, and cross-departmental support functions. Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update internal records across multiple systems and platforms
Support document preparation and ensure timely execution of key paperwork
Track and follow up on time-sensitive internal processes
Coordinate schedules, maintain digital filing systems, and support various teams with day-to-day tasks
Liaise with multiple departments to help resolve administrative issues and streamline operations
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a detail-focused administrative role
Strong organizational and communication skills
High level of accuracy, especially when working with data and documents
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks under pressure
Working Conditions
On-site role based out of a retail space (no remote work).
Location: Mississauga, ON
Hours: Monday to Friday
Start time: 10am to 6 pm (some flexibility available)
