Job Title: Communications Coordinator
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Communications Coordinator supporting the FIFA project. You will work within the communications and public affairs business unit, directly collaborating with the Director of Communications.
Responsibilities
Support the FIFA project by working closely with the Director of Communications.
Conduct research to support various communications initiatives.
Compile presentation decks using advanced PowerPoint skills.
Take detailed minutes and notes during meetings.
Essential Skills
Advanced PowerPoint skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to work from home, with the option to work in the office up to 5 days a week.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with major sports leagues such as F1, Hockey, or Football.
Education in communications or a related field.
Polished and professional demeanor.
Strong communicator, both written and spoken.
Quick learner with the ability to work autonomously and ask questions to clarify tasks and processes.
Work Environment
This role reports to the Director of Communications and sits within the Communications and Public Affairs division. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm, with the option to work from home or in the office as preferred. The dress code is business casual.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of New Westminster, British Columbia.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in New Westminster,BC.
