The Industrial Engineering Manager is responsible for managing and leading the
plant's Industrial Engineering department. The Industrial Engineering Manager
will interact with management to develop hourly and salary staffing business
plans and lead actions to achieve productivity objectives, including daily,
weekly and monthly business reports. The selected individual will interact daily
with production management and union leadership about all matters relating to
staffing requirements. This role also supports the development of direct,
indirect and salary staffing for model year specific budgets, working with both
manufacturing engineering and central industrial engineering. The selected
individual will also support all aspects of Stellantis Production Way (SPW),
especially the Workplace Organization pillar, which includes value and non-value
added analysis, workstation optimization and waste elimination while supporting
the Logistics pillar to develop factory flow analysis and material/parts
logistic. The Industrial Engineering Manager provides guidance and knowledge to
develop efficient manufacturing processes and work force for advance programs.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering OR another degree with equivalent
Industrial Engineering experience
- Minimum EIGHT (8) years of industrial engineering experience in a
manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience with line balancing, time and motion studies,
development of standardized work, manpower estimation, and standard data
- Understanding of manufacturing systems
- Demonstrated ability to apply throughput improvement processes/techniques for
manual and automated processes
- Exceptional leadership skills with previous managerial and/or supervisory
experience
- Practical knowledge and understanding of traditional lean manufacturing
systems
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
