Primary Function The Supervisor HOA Fees & Loss Draft Claims will be responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations of all functions across HOA Fees and Loss Draft Claims. The Supervisor will assist with training team members and monitoring internal/vendor reporting for timely processing of day-to-day processes. The Supervisor HOA Fees & Loss Draft Claims is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and investor guidelines. Maintain in-depth system process knowledge to ensure all key day-to-day processes are accomplished accurately and within the set deadlines. Monitors and provides feedback on team performance along with setting monthly goals for each team member and any coaching plans as needed. Assists the manager with administration of exception reporting, auditing, and scorecards for department functions and vendor management. Oversees escalations and complaints to ensure an accurate and timely response is provided. Solves problems rapidly and cost-effectively with minimal disruption. Assigns emails to team members from one or more shared team inboxes. Serves as primary trainer for the department’s associates, ensuring accurate dissemination of department processes and guidelines. Works closely with vendors to provide instruction and direction along with answering inquiries from the vendors. Participate in projects outside the general day-to-day responsibilities including testing new or updated procedure documents. Recommend process improvements that can aid in the efficiency and quality within the Escrow Department. Assist management with monitoring work volume across all streams. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned by management. Bachelor’s Degree, preferred. 6+ years residential mortgage loan servicing experience. Minimum of 1 year experience working with and training team members. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required knowledge, skills, and ability. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Flexible to changing priorities, project scopes, and deadlines at any given time. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of SQL helpful; familiar with working in a data warehouse environment Possess excellent communication (verbal & written). Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization effectively and accurately.
