What You Will Do (Responsibilities): Provide excellent customer service. Adhere to our strong set of company values and do our best to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. Open, close, and transfer natural gas accounts for our customers. Update customer and account information accurately and efficiently. Educate customers on the benefits of electronic billing and our myaccount self-serve options. Promote corporate programs and initiatives. Follow company and business unit processes, policies, and procedures. Who You Are (Qualifications): Minimum high school education with 4 years of customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written skills. Strong computer skills required with proficiency using Microsoft’s Office Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel). Accurate keyboard/data entry skills with a minimum of 40 wpm. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment under direct and indirect supervision. Strong work ethic and positive team attitude. The following would be an asset: Previous experience in a call center environment. University degree/Post-secondary education equivalent. Comments: Up to 20 – 40 hours per week or as needed based on operational requirements. This will be an Office Based position.
