Are you passionate about creating exceptional employee experiences and building a thriving workplace culture? Trail is looking for a dynamic People & Culture Coordinator to join our vibrant team! Reporting to the Senior Director of People & Culture, you’ll be a key player in supporting People & Culture operations, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives that make Trail a great place to work.
This hybrid role is based at our Richmond Head Office, with occasional visits to Annacis Island and career events.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Craft and manage P&C documentation (offers, promotions, terminations, etc.) with accuracy and care.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support employee relations, including coaching, documentation, and termination processes.
- Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires and smooth offboarding for departing team members.
- Drive employee engagement through events, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives.
- Assist with performance review cycles, quarterly check-ins, and year-end evaluations.
- Participate in conflict resolution and workplace investigations with professionalism and discretion.
- Research and help implement P&C policies, programs, and best practices.
- Support compensation reviews and maintain up-to-date market data.
- Prepare P&C reports and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Administer employee service awards and recognition programs.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in P&C or a related role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort with HRIS platforms.
- Proven recruitment experience and excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for supporting others.

- Hold a degree related to P&C or a CPHR designation.
- Have experience in employee-centric organizations.
