As a Project Manager, reporting to our Sr. Manager, Project Management, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our Information Security Governance and Compliance initiatives by working with the team and supporting client requests regarding the security of the Nasdaq Verafin service and product. The right candidate will work alongside a global team assisting in Information Security related requests. Additionally, your responsibilities will include: We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Information Security Governance and Compliance initiatives by working with the team and supporting client requests regarding the security of the Nasdaq Verafin service and product. The right candidate will work alongside a global team assisting in Information Security related requests. Key Responsibilities: Responding to product-related security inquiries and processing due diligence requests. Acting as a subject matter expert in Information Security during client interactions. Proactively updating and maintaining the Information Library as a central source of truth. Ensuring the maintenance and development of the information security resources Contribute to the continuous refinement of our processes to improve efficiency, effective customer management and consistency of messaging. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a Technology related field At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role Passion for cybersecurity, technology and data protection Experience with Jira, Salesforce or Loopio considered as an asset Strong communication skills and the ability to think outside of the box Microsoft office experience Work collaboratively in a distributed team, across multiple functions, locations and time zones. This position will be located in St Johns, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
