The Employee Expense Management team is a centralized Unit within Service Alberta and Red Tape Reduction serving all GoA ministries. Work is conducted in a high volume GoA wide environment, serving in a front-line capacity in implementing the GoA's goals for streamlining business practices via web-based systems. This position requires an understanding of all P-Card and 1GX Concur administrative policies, procedures and guidelines as well as knowledge regarding published P-Card and Out of Pocket expenses training materials and the ability to operate in the BMO and 1GX environments.The Employee Expense Administrator is responsible for the management of Employee Expenses within the Government of Alberta (GoA) ERP,1GX Concur; this includes the GoA Corporate Card, Out of Pocket Expenses and Employee Expense Disclosure Reporting.The main responsiblilites in this role included but not limited to:
Provide administration of the Procurement Corporate Cards and 1GX application, Concur.
Provide Help Desk support to a GOA-wide clientele.
Liaises with the GOA's Corporate Card Provider Bank of Montreal (BMO)
Maintain Data Integrity within BMO and 1GX Concur.
Amend existing internal Employee Expense procedures.
Extract and Publish Employee Expense Disclosure.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate
Excellent oral and written communicate skills.
Sound Judgement in the protection and release of highly sensitive and confidential Employee Expense information.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office and SAP systems.
Ability to work independently; attention to detail, excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to manage dynamic and diverse stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of al P-card a1GX Concur administrative policies, procedures and guidelines.
Ability to perform independently within the context of the overall timelines and under the direction of the Team Lead, Employee Expense Management.

Qualifications
High school diploma and three years of related experience.Directly related experience or education considered on the basis of:
one year of experience for one year of education or
one year of education for one year of experience.
The following will be considered assets:
Previous experience working in a Call Centre environment.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft office.
Knowledge of SAP systems.
Experience working with 1GX.
