Nous couvrons l’Amérique du Nord avec plus de 22 000 employés. Nous recherchons un(e) Commis comptable à temps plein énergique et motivé(e) pour soutenir notre entreprise en pleine croissance. Sous l’autorité du Contrôleur des opérations, le ou la Commis comptable est responsable d’assister le département dans les responsabilités financières. Sommaire En collaboration avec l’équipe des finances, le ou la Commis comptable sera notamment responsable de: Participer activement au processus de fin de mois; Préparer les conciliations de comptes de grand livre; Saisir des factures à payer; Préparer les déclarations de taxes sur le carburant; Compiler les statistiques des divisions; Assister le gestionnaire finance lors de vérifications internes et externes Contrôler les ententes de disposition; Concilier les ventes de matières; Assister le gestionnaire finance dans les dossiers d’immobilisations ; Supporter les analystes financiers et les divisions dans leurs tâches comptables lorsque nécessaire; Toutes autres tâches connexes. Exigences : DEP en comptabilité Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou finance un atout; Détenir 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire; Excellente maîtrise du français (parlé/écrit) et bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (parlé/écrit) ; Bureau-Chef à Toronto Maîtrise de MS Office (Excel); Connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics GP, IBM Cognos (un atout) Habiletés en communication; Faire preuve d’initiatives et avoir le souci du détail Fortes aptitudes pour le travail en équipe, grand sens de l'autonomie et de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément. #Matrec We thank you for your interest.
