Overview
The Control & Reporting Associate Coordinator – Central Finance contributes to the PepsiCo Beverages Canada success by ensuring all field journal entries are entered into SAP, ensuring all PAR forms are completed and submitted to ITL and new product codes are set up timely.

Responsibilities
Enter field journal entries into SAP
Collect completed PAR forms and submit to ITL
Setup of Key Accounts received from KAMs
Approve Handheld requests in IDM
Maintain customer exemptions in Vertex
Ensure Vertex is updated with correct Deposit and CRF rates
Maintain Item master
Maintain CWS system setup
Open codes to locations
Backup entering of concentrate invoices into SAP A/R and perform weekly review against A/R and SAP
Backup Weekly concentrate volume reporting
Backup Daily bank exceptions
Backup Adhoc invoice processing and customer/supplier setup in S4
Complete assigned balance sheet reconciliations
Enter miscellaneous invoices into SAP
Complete International Fuel Tax Remittance (IFTA)
Complete Carbon Tax submission for all provinces
Backup bank deposits and journal entry to record the deposit
Complete standard journal entries at period close
Complete Concentrate Model journal entries and tracking of invoices for period close
Backup APS purchase agreements
Qualifications
3-years of administrative experience
Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative
Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
SAP experience an asset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be self-motivated, punctual with demonstrated professional maturity
