Keeping our production machinery and tools running at peak performance. We’re looking for someone with strong mechanical and electrical skills, backed by hands-on experience in an industrial environment. As the Maintenance, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our facility and equipment stay in top shape—minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity for the entire production team.
What a Day in Your Life Looks Like:
Safety First: Always practice and promote a strong culture of safety in every task.
Effective Communication: Clearly communicate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
Preventive Maintenance Development: Create and manage preventive maintenance programs for all building components, machines, and equipment—including presses, welders, doors, buss ducts, hand tools, and machine tools.
Maintenance Execution: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records to ensure reliability and compliance.
Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code specs to plan wiring layouts for new or existing systems.
Equipment Installation: Install brackets, hangers, lighting fixtures, and electrical control and distribution equipment such as switches, relays, and circuit breakers.
Wiring & Circuitry: Splice, join, and connect wires to fixtures, creating safe and efficient electrical circuits.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Use testing equipment to verify circuit continuity and troubleshoot electrical and electronic system faults, replacing faulty components as needed.
Power Connections: Connect electrical power to sound/visual communication devices, signaling equipment, and HVAC systems.
Blueprint Reading: Analyze drawings and schematics for accurate installation and repairs.
Tool Proficiency: Select, use, and maintain hand tools and precision measuring instruments effectively.
Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials, fasteners, and lubricants for various maintenance tasks.
Seal & Bearing Maintenance: Install and maintain bearings, seals, and packing to ensure optimal machinery performance.
Rigging & Hoisting: Safely rig and hoist equipment during installations and repairs.
System Maintenance: Install and maintain materials handling, power transmission systems, compressors, pumps, and prime movers.
Machinery Upkeep: Commission, maintain, and repair machinery to ensure peak operational efficiency.
Welding & Joining: Perform welding, brazing, and soldering tasks with precision and safety.
Pipe & Fluid Systems: Install and maintain pipe systems, valves, fans, blowers, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Predictive Maintenance: Carry out both preventive and predictive maintenance to avoid downtime.
Training & Leadership: Train fellow employees on maintenance procedures and safety best practices to build team capabilities.
What You Bring to the Table:
Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED with 10+ years of hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing. Diploma in Industrial Maintenance preferred but not required.
Electrical Expertise: Deep understanding of electrical principles and strong industrial electrical background, specifically with 480V – 3 Phase systems.
Multitasking Mastery: Skilled at juggling multiple priorities without missing a beat.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective written and verbal communication to connect with all levels of the organization.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams to streamline work and collaboration.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, driving performance and accountability.
Blueprint Literacy: Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints to guide maintenance and repair tasks accurately.
Physical Requirements:
Step into the heart of our fast-paced manufacturing plant, where every task drives progress. In this hands-on role, you'll be on your feet—standing for extended periods, walking, and using your hands to operate tools and equipment with precision. Clear communication is key, so you'll be regularly required to talk and listen as part of a safety-focused, team-driven environment.
You’ll also lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical movements like bending, squatting, reaching overhead, and occasionally crawling in tight spaces. Repetitive hand tasks and climbing ladders or working at heights are part of the role.
