We’re currently looking for a Recreation Sales Advisor to join our team. If you’re energetic, customer-oriented, and motivated to help riders find their perfect fit, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
THE DRIVE AHEAD

Engage with customers to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and riding goals

Provide expert knowledge and guidance on Harley-Davidson motorcycles, accessories, and apparel

Build lasting relationships with both new and returning customers through exceptional service

Manage the sales process from first contact to final delivery with professionalism and enthusiasm

Maintain product and brand knowledge to stay up to date on the latest models and trends
PERFORMANCE ESSENTIALS

Previous sales experience in automotive, power sports, or a related field preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer satisfaction

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-driven approach to achieving results

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
