The project manager serves as the central point of contact among all project stakeholders for project delivery. This includes overseeing organizations and processes to effectively manage resources from BRP’s business sectors, the I&T group, and external partners.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Ensures that the project is successfully carried out in alignment with the strategic objectives of the organization and/or business unit.
Develops and writes the project plan and validates/refines resource plans
Is responsible and accountable for all aspects of project delivery, in accordance with the scope defined by the sponsor, including but not limited to:
Contributing to updates of the business case, prerequisites, and project brief.
Managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, change requests, quality, issues, and blockers.
Task assignment.
Managing project interdependencies.
Preparing and presenting progress reports
Coordinating and supporting the transition to operations (implementation, post-implementation, etc.).
Ensures compliance with established processes: weekly status updates in the system, creation of PCRs for any project changes, adherence to existing templates, etc.
Promote an agile culture of servant leadership, collaboration and accountability
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
University degree or equivalent by experience
Five to seven years of experience in project management.
Minimum 2 years in managing SAP project delivery workstreams
A recognized project management certification (PMP, ACP, PSM, etc.) is an asset
Strong knowledge of business, functional, and corporate processes.
Experience in scaled agile environment (e.g SAFe, LeSS)
Dynamic, innovative & problem resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High-level experience with cutover, go-live and data migration
Comfortable operating in a multi-time zone environment and participating in escalations for critical support escalations
Experience managing professional services contracts and contractors.
Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever evolving environments and business realities
Ability to communicate orally and in writing on a daily basis with internal and external stakeholders located outside Quebec or who are unilingual English speakers.
