Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Restaurant Manager located in Bible Hill, NS. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure that guests have an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, inventory and ordering, hiring new team members, overseeing food and beverage quality, and maintaining communication with the team and guests. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for meeting financial objectives and ensuring that all operational procedures are followed.
