Dynamics Senior Tech Lead (VP)- Operations Technology Role Profile: We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead with expertise in building enterprise level application leveraging Microsoft Dynamics and Power Apps. The candidate will take ownership for Core Platform Engineering work such as Security, Resiliency, Scalability and Observabitily as well as Product Upgrades. In addition will support the business-aligned squads in various ways by providing guidance on Solution Design and reviewing their code/configurations, building common tools and functions, automating onboarding at-scale and enabling DevOps at scale. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with significant experience in architecture, design, and development of applications on MS Dynamics/Power Platform. They will be part of a Dynamics Infrastructure team within Operations Technology, managing a team of developers responsible for supporting the Platform and building / implementing various common tools and functions to support the various business-aligned squads onboard different operational use-cases that currently require manual work and consequently bring more efficiency and risk reduction benefits for our Operations users. This requires close collaboration with business-aligned teams , Microsoft , internal MS Security, Power Engineering, MSDE and other teams, may also need to engage with Users from time to time to address any performance, access or any other Platform issues Specifically, the person will be responsible for the following - o Work with the Product owner/stakeholders/business analysts to understand and support their common requirements, conducting tech analysis and producing project plan. o Define Architecture and Design o Build functionality within Dynamics in an iterative fashion with full unit and integration tests for each function. o Responsible for Integrating external systems using Azure logic apps, data migration and setting up standard and custom reports o Responsible for supporting AI Builder and CoPilot with Dynamics o Responsible for setting up security configuration for the production and other environments o Help support release deployment and provide post-production support o Manage and mentor team of highly skilled developers Required Skills: > Experience in the following technologies - Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Engagement > Experience with Power Apps, Power automate, Plugins, AI Builder, CoPilot and related architecture and design practices > Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD and C#.net > Experience of iterative / agile development practices > Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. > Excellent communication skills Desired Skills: > Dynamics / Power Platform / Azure certifications > Familiar with basic Machine Learning concepts > Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Patterns > Experience with full lifecycle application testing (functional, regression, performance, integration, etc.) and delivery management. > Comfortable with direct interaction with the business users at all levels Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, equivalent field, or equivalent experience. 10+ years' experience building web applications.
