About the Role: The Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) will support the development, enhancement, and operation of the organization’s Salesforce platform and related business systems. This role works closely with business and technical teams to map requirements, optimize processes, and deliver solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value. The BSA will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects—from requirements gathering and documentation to testing, deployment, and ongoing support. As the Newest Member of our Team, You Will: Work closely with business partners to understand and document what’s needed for Salesforce improvements and new features. Turn business needs into clear user stories and requirements for our development teams. Create helpful visuals like process flowcharts and data models to explain solutions. Support the design and rollout of Salesforce solutions that make a real difference for our teams. Be the go-to person connecting business and technical teams, making sure everyone’s on the same page. Share your findings and recommendations with management and project teams. Help test new features, review test cases, and make sure everything works as expected. Prioritize and manage changing requirements as projects move forward. Collaborate on system architecture and integrations, keeping security and compliance top of mind. Drive projects from start to finish, supporting change management, training, and user adoption. To Succeed, You Bring: 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with significant experience supporting Salesforce implementations. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, workflows, and reporting tools. University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance in Salesforce environments. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira). Knowledge of integration methods and software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall). Experience with data modeling, process mapping, optimization and documentation, and workflow automation.
