Scope of Position: Administer all MRO requirements and activities to support Production, Maintenance, Logistics, Packaging, Plant and Office business demands. Creating standards across all global divisions driving synergy and teamwork resulting in a leveraged value add supply base. Develop and secure commercial contracts with suppliers ensuring the supply of cost-effective quality product in a timely manner with no disruption to the day-to-day operations of the business. Key Responsibilities: Manage business requirements for maintenance, spares, facilities, packaging, logistics, and office supplies. Coordinate global quotes and internal reviews with stakeholders; conduct SBS analysis, and document findings. Lead market tests, price negotiations, supplier visits, vendor onboarding for seamless integration and establish annual service contracts. Handle inbound/outbound freight quotes, manage warehousing services, and benchmark logistics costs. Conduct impact studies on price increases, and ensure suppliers meet safety and contractual obligations. Negotiate service supply contracts and blanket orders in accordance with business protocols. Standardize repeated purchasing items for divisions and realize comparable and transparent cost savings. Secure price reductions with suppliers, meeting, or exceeding budget targets. Adopt and practice Kaizen Lean Manufacturing principles, participate in GEAR activities and adhere to TS16949 and ISO14001 standards. Essential Requirements: Degree or Diploma in purchasing, supply chain management, and/or engineering is required. 3+ years’ experience in strategic supply chain management, purchasing/procurement preferably in automotive manufacturing. Valid G driver’s license. Experience coordinating procurement projects across plants, suppliers, and customers. Experience with logistics, commercial documentation, and Kaizen principles. Proficiency in SAP, MS Office tools (especially Excel), and global supply chain processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to organize information/data in a manner that can be easily communicated. Excellent negotiation, vendor management, contract management and relationship-building skills with internal and external parties. Effective multitasking and problem-solving skills.
