Ride the next mile with us! Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Close & Reporting Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and internal corporate policies. Maintain audit readiness and ensure timely reconciliations. Deliver accurate financial statements and external reporting packages. 2. Consolidation & International Division Oversight Lead group-wide financial consolidation across all entities and geographies. Ensure alignment between local reporting and corporate consolidation. Provide guidance and oversight to international divisions (currently Australia, Netherlands, and future expansions). Support external reporting requirements for regulators, auditors, and board presentations. 3. Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Management Oversee AP and AR governance to ensure process efficiency and compliance. Monitor working capital KPIs (DSO, DPO, cash conversion cycle). Resolve disputes, minimize overdue receivables, and prevent supplier payment penalties. Collaborate with Ops Finance and Treasury to optimize cash flow. 4. Technical Accounting & CAPEX Manage complex accounting areas such as IFRS 16 lease accounting, CAPEX capitalization, and impairments. Ensure accurate and timely updates to the fixed asset register. Partner with FP&A for CAPEX planning, forecasting, and ROI analysis. 5. Controls, Compliance & Audit Strengthen the internal control environment. Ensure adherence to SOX/IFRS requirements where applicable. Drive audit readiness (statutory, internal, and external). Lead remediation of identified control gaps within agreed timelines. 6. Leadership & People Development Lead and develop AP, AR, and Consolidation teams, building technical expertise and resilience. Foster cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, Ops Finance, and International Finance teams. Build succession pipelines and strengthen accounting capabilities across the organization. Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA mandatory. 8–12 years of progressive accounting/controllership experience, including consolidation and international oversight. Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and financial consolidation tools. Proven leadership experience managing AP, AR, and accounting teams. Experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools. Preferred: Experience in multinational, multi-entity environments. Exposure to CAPEX accounting, IFRS 16, and audit coordination.
