We are seeking a Project & Change Management Lead to drive successful adoption of enterprise data modernization initiatives, including but not limited to the migration from IBM DB2 to Snowflake. Read on… What you'll do in the role: Lead end-to-end data platform modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, data warehouse re-architecture, and legacy system retirement. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations across multiple concurrent initiatives. Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Design and deliver tailored training programs for diverse user groups, enabling effective use of new data platforms and tools. Track and report on adoption metrics, celebrating milestones and reinforcing the transformation's value. Identify and mitigate risks associated with change, including compliance, process disruption, and user adoption challenges. What you'll bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or related field; advanced degree preferred. At least 6 years of experience in change management and managing large-scale data or cloud migration projects. Proven track record of driving adoption of new platforms, tools, and processes in complex, multi-unit organizations. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across business and technical teams. Experience with data warehousing concepts, cloud platforms (preferably Snowflake), and legacy systems (IBM DB2 a plus). Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or similar) highly desirable.
