Marketing Project Manager – Creative Traffic & Archival
The Project Manager, Creative Traffic & Archival serves as the central hub for managing the flow of marketing projects—from intake to delivery—and ensuring all creative assets are properly archived for future use. This role bridges the gap between strategy and execution, coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining organized systems for creative files, version control, and final asset storage.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and understands both creative production workflows and marketing operations.
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
Project & Traffic Management
Coordinate and track all incoming marketing project requests, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and prioritization.
Develop and manage timelines, deliverables, and approvals across creative, digital, and content teams.
Serve as a key point of contact for project status, communicating updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Ensure smooth handoffs between marketing managers, designers, writers, and production partners.
Facilitate weekly status meetings and maintain visibility of all active and upcoming projects.
Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements for workflow efficiency.
Creative Archiving & Asset Management
Maintain the organization and integrity of the marketing digital asset library (e.g., OneDrive, folders, DAM, or shared drive).
Implement consistent file naming, metadata, and versioning standards.
Archive completed projects and assets in an accessible, searchable format.
Coordinate with creative and digital teams to ensure all final files (artwork, photography, video, etc.) are properly stored and catalogued.
Support the development and maintenance of an asset management policy and best practices guide.
Process & Quality Support
Support documentation of creative processes, templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure adherence to brand and production standards across creative deliverables.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for traffic management and archival systems.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design Management, or related field preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years in marketing project management, traffic coordination, or creative operations.
Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) tools and creative workflow systems (e.g., Azure, Monday.com, Microsoft Planner).
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
Understanding of creative production processes for print, digital, and multimedia assets.
Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining structure and efficiency.
