Individual and Family Support Worker
Join our team and make a difference — one person, one family, one day at a time!
About the Role
As an Individual and Family Support Worker, you’ll be part of a passionate team dedicated to helping people thrive — whether it’s empowering adults with disabilities or supporting families to build stronger, healthier connections.

Community Living BC (CLBC)
Support adults with developmental disabilities to live fulfilling, independent, and connected lives. You’ll promote their physical, emotional, and mental well-being through personalized, one-on-one support.
Family Preservation and Supervised Access
The Family Preservation Program enhances the capacity of families to manage everyday challenges by providing individualized and family-centered support. The program promotes positive parent-child relationships and delivers services in alignment with the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) contract.
Supervised Access
Supervised Access is a referral-based program that facilitates and monitors visits between children in care and their biological families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for family connection and interaction.
