About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to own our relationships with external providers and ensure the quality and reliability of our product integrations.
You’ll coordinate approvals, monitor API updates, track breaking changes, and make sure our integrations always meet internal guidelines.
Your ultimate goal: keep our integrations robust, compliant, and up to date, while maintaining clear visibility into feature gaps and upcoming needs.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor integration ecosystems: Subscribe to provider channels, newsletters, and portals to stay ahead of breaking changes, deprecations, and new features.
Manage approvals & compliance: Coordinate with providers for app verification, 0Auth approvals, and sandbox permission requests (e.g., Meta, Google, DocuSign, HubSpot, Intercom, Zapier).
Ensure integration quality: Review integrations against our internal guidelines and follow up with engineering on fixes or improvements.
Track and communicate status: Keep stakeholders informed on approval processes, feature requests, development progress, and release timelines.
Document everything: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for every integration - covering APIs, required permissions, and new feature rollouts.
Identify new opportunities: Gather feedback, analyze usage data, and surface recommendations for new integrations or feature enhancements.
Proven experience managing technical integrations or API-based projects.
Strong understanding of OAuth, REST APIs, webhooks, and developer portals.
Excellent communication skills, can translate technical details into clear updates.
Organized, proactive, and ownership-driven.
Comfortable navigating vendor relationships and external approval processes.
Skilled in documentation, compliance tracking, and issue triage.
