As a Member of Our Team, You Will be Responsible For: Perform daily collateral management and margin processes across Exchange Traded Products, OTC Derivatives, Centrally Cleared Derivatives, Repos, ensuring timely and accurate exchange of collateral. Investigate and resolve margin disputes, reconciliation breaks, and settlement issues by collaborating with counterparties and custodians Execute daily credit facility operations, ensuring accurate processing of payments, receipts, and loan entries in accordance with established procedures and timelines. Identify and implement process improvements, including automation, to enhance operational efficiency. Identify, implement, and maintain internal controls and procedures to mitigate operational and financial risks. Support the rollout of new trading activities by coordinating counterparty onboarding, system configurations, and operational readiness. What you need to succeed: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. Professional designation such as CFA, CAIA or FRM is a great asset. 3 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in liquidity, treasury, or collateral management. Strong understanding of financial products, central bank operations, and clearing systems. Ability to manage projects, communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, and work cross-functionally. Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, VBA, Power BI, and Excel Familiarity with systems such as Bloomberg and TriOptima is considered an asset.
