Venture is currently seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Expert to join our growing MSP team. This newly created role will lead our expansion into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM services, building a new line of business from the ground up. Initially focused on internal setup and strategy, the position will evolve into a client-facing role as you become familiar with our environment. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Dynamics 365 professional with deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced MSP setting. Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the internal deployment and strategy for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business and client requirements.
• Develop custom entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations using Power Platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define CRM use cases and align solutions with business goals.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 CRM across the organization.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.
• Mentor and train internal staff to build in-house Dynamics 365 capabilities.
• Interface with clients in the finance sector to deliver tailored CRM solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement of CRM processes and user experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proven expertise in CRM customization, configuration, and integration.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience working with financial services clients or regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced MSP environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200).
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer (PL-400).
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-300).
• Experience with Azure services and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Familiarity with CRM data governance and compliance practices.
