You will use data-driven insights to find unique opportunities for the business, track progress and support tactics to identify and remove barriers faced by certain talent segments. You will manage strategic partnerships and help to broaden our access to the Canadian talent pool. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders (including Talent, HR and partners in our strategic business units) and external partners to drive inclusive outcomes by leveraging your strong relationship building and influencing skills. How you’ll succeed Leverage data driven insights - Prepare quarterly reports and dashboards with clear, data-driven insights to help our teams measure progress, identify opportunities and take action to address barriers. Manage strategic talent partnerships – Build relationships with external partners that help us source and attract top talent Support enterprise activations that create opportunity – Collaborate with HR and business partners to support tactics that help to attract, retain and advance top talent Help remove barriers – Support initiatives that consider unique barriers and abilities and influence hiring and advancement practices that are fair for everyone.
