Global Functions Technology (GFT) is part of RBC’s Technology and Operations division. We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration. What will you do? Manage the planning, execution, and control of project intakes ensuring intake deliverables are within approved scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments. May require elicitation of high-level business requirements to understand the scope of the project intake. Provide advice and recommendation to clients, determining their issues and required deliverables, and managing client expectations and satisfaction. Define and managing resource needs and allocations, ensuring availability of resources to support project delivery. Collaborate with internal cross-functional IT teams, business staff, and other team members to articulate business needs, address and resolve issues, and enhance current products or processes. Monitor intake progress and results delivery, addressing and resolving project and client problems, and participating in preparing RFPs and SLAs as needed. Develop and maintain documents for IT applications and system specifications, according to existing enterprise standards and methodologies for requirements planning, analysis and documentation. Identify areas for improvement and implementing best practices, enterprise standards, and procedures to simplify and enhance project and financial management processes. Promote automation and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the FIAT delivery landscape. What do you need to succeed? Must have’s: Undergraduate degree coupled with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, business analysis, and project and financial management experience in large, complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the audience. Strong organizational and time management capabilities, analytical & critical thinking skills, and attention to detail. Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio). Nice to have: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Experience in a matrix environment in the financial industry and Information Technology. Experience working with AI tools, Planview, and JIRA/Confluence. What’s in it for you?
