Legal Assistant Business Law, Quebec City The Team Norton Rose Fulbright Canada is seeking a candidate to fill the role of Legal Assistant for the Business Law group at its Quebec City office. Whether you have several years of experience in the legal field or have just completed training in administrative support, we have a position for you! This role requires four days of in-office presence. The Role Assist lawyers in carrying out their mandates by completing assigned tasks within a reasonable timeframe, including: Transcribing/editing letters, agreements, contracts, legal procedures, reports, or other dictated or handwritten documents Performing administrative tasks related to the position, including correcting time entries, expense reports, and billing Managing and following up on calendars Keeping filing systems up to date, including indexing files Performing various administrative tasks (completing forms, opening client files, sending invoices, photocopying, messenger deliveries, etc.) Skills and Experience Required Diploma in office administration or equivalent, or one year of experience as an administrative or legal assistant Excellent command of French.
