Job Description: We’re looking for a Fixture Purchasing Specialist to join our team and support the successful execution of store development projects across TJX Canada. In this role, you’ll be responsible for fixture order fulfillment for a variety of initiatives—including new stores, relocations, remodels, and rollouts. You’ll act as a key liaison between vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery and installation of store fixtures. What You’ll Do: Review and validate fixture plans to ensure alignment with current prototypes and project scope Analyze architectural blueprints and collaborate with Designers to determine fixture requirements Execute fixture order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Liaise with contractors, Project Managers, Store Operations, and other stakeholders to evaluate site conditions and adjust orders accordingly Monitor project timelines and proactively manage fixture lead times and installation schedules Coordinate delivery and installation plans for both regional and national fixture rollouts Address and resolve fixture deficiencies, logistical issues, and site-specific challenges Maintain and update fixture databases, including specifications, pricing, and vendor details Ensure accuracy of fixture automation software and purchasing platforms Implement new fixture item numbers and updates across systems and documentation About You: You have 3–5 years of purchasing experience, ideally in a store fixture or retail environment You hold a post-secondary education in Business Administration, Procurement, or Architectural Technology You bring strong project management and organizational skills, with a solid understanding of supply chain and materials estimating You can read and interpret fixture plans, blueprints, and construction documents You’re a critical thinker with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving You excel at managing details, prioritizing tasks, and working independently in a fast-paced environment You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams You’re proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally have experience with Oracle purchasing platforms Posting Details: Posting End Date: October 31 2025 If you’re ready to bring your energy and passion, we’d love to hear from you.
