Job Description You will be part of the Global Technology Services (GTS) department, which is responsible for providing services and support for the group's IT infrastructure worldwide. In the Americas region, including the United States, Canada, and Central and South America, GTS provides the services and support necessary for our business and the group's lines of business, with the technology infrastructure essential to support their respective activities. Responsibilities Manage technical projects involving local and global application teams, infrastructure teams, governance teams, and customer teams; Provide Level 2/3 operational support (supervision during business hours, communication of daily morning control reports, improvement of operational processes and documentation, participation in on-call duty outside business hours); Incident management (detection and communication during business hours, management of Level 2/3 operational incidents and problems); Request management: prioritization of daily requests and delivery; Change management (delivery of changes outside business hours, including weekends, peer review of change configurations with Level 3). Qualifications More than 5 years of experience in various industry-standard technologies and experience in financial market access; Working knowledge of: firewall operations such as Fortinet, Checkpoint, good knowledge of Internet services and protocols, Web Proxy or equivalent, remote and site-to-site VPN technology, load balancers such as NetScaler and F5, general understanding of network security standards; Good working knowledge of: network security automation and DevOps experience (a real plus), Unix systems administration, Cisco Switching/Routing technologies (BGP, OSPF, VPC, traffic engineering, etc.); Scripting/Python/Ansible or other automation skills (a big plus); At least 10 years of experience in data networking and/or network security operations; Experience in a trading or investment bank is desirable; Excellent knowledge of ITIL - best practices in IT infrastructure management; Strong operational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests or incidents; Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule including nights and weekends as needed by the team (approximately once a month); Why Join Onepoint?
