Job Description
RW&CO, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking a responsible and customer-focused Part-Time Keyholder to join our team in Barrie, Canada. As a Keyholder, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations, providing excellent customer service, and assisting in the management of our retail location.
Assist in opening and closing store procedures, including cash handling and security protocols
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all clients
Support the store management team in daily operations and achieving sales targets
Oversee and motivate sales associates during assigned shifts
Manage cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and displaying merchandise
Ensure the store's visual presentation meets company standards
Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
Participate in loss prevention efforts and maintain store security
Train and mentor new team members as needed
Qualifications
Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion or apparel
Experience in a supervisory or key holder role is highly preferred
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate team members
Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems
Solid understanding of inventory management and loss prevention techniques
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of current fashion trends and retail operations
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
