Smart, Savvy + Associates is pleased to partner with a Vancouver-based residential property developer in their search for a Senior Marketing Coordinator. The right person for this role is a strong general marketer who is confident in handling all angles of a marketing plan from print, digital and experiential. This is a role that requires confidence and marketing experience in the residential real estate industry as it plays a key role on this small team.
As the Sr Marketing Coordinator you will...
Support marketing strategy and campaign execution across digital, print, and event channels for residential projects.
Oversee creation and delivery of marketing materials in line with brand standards.
Partner with Sales to deliver campaigns and collateral that drive engagement and conversions.
Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities — website updates, email, and social media.
Track and report on campaign metrics, offering insights and optimization recommendations.
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Assist with launches, events, and open houses to support project success.
You have...
3+ years of experience in real estate marketing; senior coordinator experience preferred.
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Strong grasp of digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
Confident, organized, and skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and digital platforms (social media, CMS).
Analytical thinker who uses data to inform decisions and improve performance.
Willingness to travel occasionally to Vancouver Island for project visits and events (1–2 times biweekly).
