Internship Opportunity: Capital Deployment Location(s): Vancouver, Canada Duties and responsibilities: Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze recent lease transactions, sales, supply & demand, customer research and availability rates across submarkets in the Lower Mainland, segmented by product type, to inform Market Leasing Assumptions (MLAs) for improved underwriting and internal reporting updates. Build Market Databases: Consolidate ownership information for key industrial properties, building- by-building, to strengthen market intelligence and targeting efforts. Analyze Historical Trends: Compile and evaluate historical market and economic data to identify trends and insights that enhance forecasting accuracy and strategic decision-making. Assess Market Expansion Opportunities: Research market fundamentals, supply and demand dynamics, and key economic drivers across Alberta’s major submarkets (Calgary and Edmonton) to develop insights and support a business plan for Prologis’ potential growth strategy in Western Canada.
