Job Purpose
Main Responsibilities:
• Participate in internal audits (preparation, support, follow-up on corrective actions).• Help create and update quality documentation (Control Plans, Risk Analyses, etc.).• Monitor non-conformities and participate in root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D methods).• Perform quality checks on products or processes according to control plans.• Contribute to the implementation or improvement of quality indicators.• Take part in continuous improvement projects (5S, Kaizen, FMEA, etc.).• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure process compliance.• Comfortable working with various databases, platforms, digital tools, and quality management systems (QMS).
Required Skills and Knowledge:
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and ideally IATF 16949.• Proficiency in basic quality tools (PDCA, 5 Whys, FMEA, Ishikawa diagram).• Ability to read technical drawings and understand specifications.• Strong communication and teamwork skills.• Proficient in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Artificial Intelligence, Jira, Confluence, etc.)____
