Temporary position for 12 months As a human resources analyst, you analyze and help develop, update and implement solutions and tools in all HR areas, including organizational design, talent management and acquisition, training and competency development, health management, total compensation and workplace relations. You provide discipline-specific support to your unit, clients and partners. You contribute to various projects, analyze statistics and make recommendations. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills, comprehensive knowledge of your line of business and ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. More specifically, you will be required to : Help advisors and various stakeholders apply, understand, identify and implement solutions and practices to address HR management issues. Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making. Make recommendations. Analyze issues. Write reports and make recommendations. Help implement recommendations. Help prepare and propose action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters.
