As a member/client service advisor – sales, you help maintain business relationships with members and clients. You handle complex insolvency files to maximize account recovery and minimize bad debt losses. You negotiate with internal and external partners and practitioners up to your discretionary limit in accordance with current practices. You help maintain business relationships with your clients. You drive results by analyzing delinquent accounts, trying to identify businesses at risk of financial difficulty and preventing potential bad debt losses. You balance sound and prudent risk management, profitability and member/client satisfaction. You analyze members and clients financial positions and help develop and implement personalized solutions. You advise and assist members and clients. You represent Desjardins and enter the organization into agreements with clients. You also have opportunities to establish and negotiate product and service terms in accordance with current standards and procedures. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to : Identify and implement intervention measures to maximize the recovery of overdue accounts and minimize bad debt losses. Set goals and advise members and clients on the best solutions and strategies. Conduct comprehensive analysis of members and clients financial positions using relevant documents and tools. Identify recovery options. Collect, compile and analyze data. Prepare reports and recommendations. Establish an advisory relationship by identifying current and potential needs and supporting client retention. Monitor the industry to stay on top of the latest trends, opportunities and best practices in your field.
