MAIN DUTIES:
Directly responsible to the Human Resources Manager.
Provides general administration support to the Human Resources (including our volunteer program) and Payroll departments.
This position will be responsible for administrative support, recruitment assistance, data management, event planning, HR project support and volunteer/employee relations.

High degree of confidentiality, ethics and respect.
High school diploma required. Some post-secondary education with a focus in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or Payroll preferred.
3-5 years experience in Administration Assistance required.
Strong attention to detail and advanced computer skills.
Microsoft Office experience required - specifically advanced Outlook and Intermediate Excel/Word skills.
Experience working with Dayforce or alternative strongly preferred.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
Understands and promotes the organization's vision, mission, values and commitments.
Promotes and participates in building a positive workplace culture both as a team member and organizational representative.
Completed current First Aid and Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Must be renewed every three years.
Must have a clear and current criminal record check.
SCHEDULE:
Part-time (20 hours per week).
Days of Work: Monday through Friday.
